Gopinath on Fiscal Devaluation, Women in Economics

Feb. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Gita Gopinath, a professor at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, talks about the theory of "fiscal devaluation," a tax intervention strategy she sees as a way to revive the economy of euro-area countries that cannot devalue their exchange rates.
