Marchionne, Winterkorn Say They're `Good Friends'

Sept. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Fiat SpA Chief Executive Officer Sergio Marchionne and Volkswagen AG CEO Martin Winterkorn say they're "good friends" and have agreed to work together, resolving a dispute over the Italian's leadership of Europe's main automotive lobby group.
