Nov. 15 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, Associate Attorney General Tony West, Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer of the Justice Department's Criminal Division, and Robert Khuzami, director of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement, speak at a news conference about the settlement reached with BP Plc in the wake of the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion in the Gulf of Mexico that resulted in the worst U.S. offshore oil spill.
