Feb. 24 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel outlines the Pentagon's budget plan for the next five years. Hagel, speaking at the Pentagon in Washington, presented a budget that would shrink Army forces to fewer than before the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, while retiring older weapons including the U-2 spy plane and the A-10 attack aircraft.
