SAC Probe Impeded by E-Mail Issue, Berenzweig Says

Feb. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Seth Berenzweig, managing partner at Berenzweig Leonard, talks about the outlook for the U.S. investigation of insider trading by SAC Capital Advisors LP. Cohen has been hampered by a lack of extensive e-mail evidence because, during the period of time at the heart of the probe in July 2008, SAC automatically deleted its e-mails.
