Bundesbank Delays ECB Rate Cut, Humes Says

Aug. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Hans Humes, president of Greylock Capital Management, talks about the response of the European Central Bank and policymakers to the region's debt crisis. The ECB today kept its benchmark rate at 0.75 percent. President Mario Draghi said the ECB is working on a plan to wade forcefully into bond markets in tandem with Europe’s rescue fund.
