Chipotle Compensation Vote `Significant': Stringer

May 16 (Bloomberg) -- New York City Comptroller Scott Stringer talks about Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc.'s executive compensation plan. In a say-on-pay referendum at the company's annual meeting yesterday, about 77 percent of shareholder votes opposed Chipotle's current compensation terms. Stringer speaks with Scarlet Fu, Tom Keene and Adam Johnson on Bloomberg Television's "Surveillance." Steven Davidoff, a professor at Moritz College of Law, also speaks. (Source: Bloomberg)
