Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Ford Motor Co. Chief Operating Officer Mark Fields, talks about the company's management methods and culture, plans to turn around its European unit, product strategy and quality, and continued input from Chief Executive Officer Alan Mulally. Fields, in line to run Ford eventually, also discusses consumer demand and vehicle fuel economy. He spoke with Bloomberg Television's Matt Miller in Dearborn, Michigan, yesterday.
