Microsoft Makes Minority-Owned Firm Premier Counsel

June 25 (Bloomberg) -- Emery Harlan, chairman of Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP, talks with Bloomberg Law's Spencer Mazyck about his firm being named a Premier Provider for Legal and Corporate Affairs by Microsoft Corp. The minority-owned firm is the smallest provider among a handful of law firms selected by the software giant for its current group of outside counsel, a designation that officially turns over on July 1, 2013.
