Sci-Fi Sea Orbiter Will Explore an Ocean Near You
July 23 (Bloomberg) -- The Sea Orbiter, a research project dreamed up by French scientists nearly twelve years ago, is set to begin construction by the end of the year for a Summer 2013 launch. Once built, the ship will drift with the ocean's currents, carrying 18 research scientists to explore the complexities of sea life. Bloomberg's Adam Johnson reports.
