Feb. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Roughly 6.1 million millionaires live in the United States. Maryland has more millionaires than any other state with about 8% of households belonging to millionaires. New York is home to 19 of the world's richest billionaires, like David Koch. His older brother Charles is all alone in Kansas.
