Senate Panel Approves Lew for Treasury Secretary

Feb. 26 (Bloomberg) -- The Senate Finance Committee voted 19-5 to approve Jack Lew to become U.S. Treasury secretary. Lew, President Barack Obama’s former chief of staff and ex-budget director, will replace Timothy Geithner, who left last month. (Source: Bloomberg)
