Dec. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Micki Krimmel, founder and CEO of Neighborgoods.net, isn't above throwing a few elbows to get ahead, when she's out on the track competing against fellow skaters that is. In addition to being a start-up entrepreneur, Krimmel's main passion is competing with her Roller Derby team. Krimmel believes that more women should become involved with the sport because it will give them the confidence they need to succeed in the aggressive world of business.
