Aug. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Robert Sumwalt, a member of the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board, talks about the investigation into today's crash of a United Parcel Service Inc. cargo plane in Birmingham, Alabama. Sumwalt spoke in Birmingham at the first briefing after the accident, which occurred just before 5 a.m. local time. Both pilots died. (Source: Bloomberg)
