June 20 (Bloomberg) -- AbbVie Inc., the U.S. drugmaker split last year from Abbott Laboratories, said three escalating offers to buy Shire Plc for as much as 27.3 billion pounds ($46.5 billion) were rejected by the Dublin-based company.
