Schneider's Babeau Calls Invesys Buy a `Milestone'

July 31 (Bloomberg) -- Emmanuel Babeau, deputy chief executive officer in charge of financial and legal affairs at Schneider Electric SA, talks about the French company's agreement to buy U.K.’s Invensys Plc for 3.4 billion pounds ($5.2 billion).
