Aug. 13 (Bloomberg) -- In today's "Bloomberg Equities Report," Bloomberg's Deirdre Bolton reports that Google plans to cut 4,000 jobs at Motorola Mobility, Bank of America agrees to sell Merrill Lynch's overseas unit and food service giant Sysco beats sales estimates.
