787 Design Should Prevent Battery Fires, NTSB Says

Jan. 24 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. National Transportation Safety Board Chairman Deborah Hersman speaks about the NTSB's investigation of two battery-related fires on Boeing Co.'s 787 Dreamliner. Hersman, speaking at a news conference in Washington, says the Dreamliner's design should have prevented the incidents that prompted regulators to ground the plane earlier this month.
