Anson Chan: China Tightening Grip Over Hong Kong

July 2 (Bloomberg) -- Anson Chan, Hong Kong's top civil servant in the final years of the colonial government and the first four under Chinese rule, talks about the biggest march in a decade held yesterday in the city to demand full democracy and oppose Chinese control of elections.
