April 22 (Bloomberg) -- College student David Sousa lost an arm when a car slammed into him while he was riding his bike on the streets of Sao Paulo a year ago. He continues to ride and has become the face of a nascent biking movement as people move away from the auto in polluted, gridlocked mega-cities. Bloomberg's Blake Schmidt reports.
