China Economy May Grow 7.4% This Year, Chang Says

Aug. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Chang Jian, a Hong Kong-based economist at Barclays Plc who formerly worked for the World Bank, talks about China's economy and central bank monetary policy. China’s inflation stayed subdued in July while factory-gate prices fell for a 17th month, giving Premier Li Keqiang more room to boost stimulus should an economic slowdown deepen.
