Dec. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Governors Jack Markell of Delaware and Mary Fallin of Oklahoma, the chairman and vice chairman of the National Governors Association, speak at a news conference in Washington about their meeting today with President Barack Obama on state concerns with the so-called fiscal cliff.
