U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Blasts Mississippi

Dec. 19 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is blasting rock pinnacles in the drought-depleted Mississippi River in an effort to keep the waterway open for barge traffic.
