Russian Sanctions Won't Help Car Market, Audi Says

July 31 (Bloomberg) -- Sanctions targeting Russia for its role in Ukraine will restrict access to finance and won't help the country's car market, according to Elena Smirnova, chief executive officer of Audi Russia.
