Feb. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Christie Ju, head of Hong Kong and China equity research at Jefferies Group, talks about reforms underway in the mainland and the outlook for its economy. A Chinese manufacturing index fell to the lowest level in seven months, adding to signs of a factory slowdown that will limit growth in the world’s second-largest economy.
