European Stocks Drop Amid Fiscal-Cliff Concern

European stocks declined, following a yesterday’s late selloff in U.S. equities, amid concern budget talks to avoid America’s so-called fiscal cliff are making little progress. U.S. index futures were little changed, while Asian shares retreated.
