Troika Push Extending Irish, Portugal Loans 7 Years
April 10 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Caroline Hyde reports that shares in Irish and Portugal banks are seeing gains as the Troika recommended that Bailout loans to Ireland and Portugal should be extended by seven years to aid each country’s return to the market.
