European Index Futures Advance, Euro Strengthens

European index futures rose and the euro strengthened ahead of a Federal Reserve policy meeting and as investors await progress on U.S. budget talks. Metals fell.

U.S. 2016 Music Sales Grew 11%, Biggest Jump Since 1998
