Pope Benedict XVI to Resign Feb. 28 on Poor Health

Feb. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Scarlet Fu reports that Pope Benedict XVI announced he will resign from the papacy at the end of the month, saying he no longer has the strength to lead the world’s 1 billion Catholics. The abdication is the first in more than 700 years. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Bloomberg Surveillance."
