Tax Cuts for Austerity-Stricken Italians

Italy's Finance Minister Vittorio Grilli has outlined reductions in taxes to help soften the blow of the country's austerity measures. The government said it would cut the income tax rate for low earners and would reduce the amount VAT is raised by.
