Global IPO Market Hits 48% Downturn, U.S. Drops 84%

Oct. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Dominic Chu reports that the global IPO market slumped 48 percent in the last three months while the United States collapsed by 84 percent during the quarter. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Money Moves."
