May 9 (Bloomberg) -- There are 815 million people with access to the ballot -- including 23 million newly registered voters who just turned 18 or 19. There are more than 8,000 candidates from more than 1,600 political parties, vying for one of the 543 seats in India's lower house of parliament. U.S. 2016 Music Sales Grew 11%, Biggest Jump Since 1998
