Senate Budget Chairman Optimistic for Debt Deal

Nov. 12 (Bloomberg) -- A key player in the budget negotiations in Washington, Senate Budget Committee Chairman Kent Conrad (D-ND), discusses the recent election and the unresolved fiscal cliff. He believes Republican leadership is open to tax revenues as a part of a budget deal compromise. Senator Conrad speaks in an interview with Peter Cook on Bloomberg Government's "Capitol Gains."
