U.S. Manufacturing Unexpectedly Contracted in June
July 2 (Bloomberg) -- The ISM’s U.S. production index decreased to 51 from 55.6. The new orders measure dropped to 47.8, the lowest since April 2009, from 60.1, and the gauge of export orders declined to 47.5, also the lowest in three years, from 53.5.
