S&P Downgrades Credit Ratings of 3 European Banks

July 3 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg European business correspondent Caroline Hyde reports that Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse Group all had their credit ratings lowered by S&P due to new rules and “uncertain market conditions” threatening their business. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "On The Move."
