Putin Says No-Fly Zone Would Mean NATO Entering the War
Russian President Vladimir Putin repeated his warnings against a NATO no-fly zone over Ukraine. "Any move in this direction will be viewed by us as a participation in the armed conflict," Putin said at an event in Moscow Saturday.
