YouTube is thefact that we do enable so many voices and that we do enable people to express themselves and really celebrate the freedom ofspeech. And we certainly know that's that's a core value of ours. Andwhen we work with governments are many things that we have to take in consideration like whether it's like local laws orwhat's happening on the ground. And so there's always going to be multiple considerations that we're going to have to take intoconsideration. Now I've only said that YouTube deleted video one of his videos was that at the request of the Russian government.I mean we certainly we certainly get requests from governments and and we look and consider what's. Why are we getting there aclass. What's actually happening on the ground.And based on a whole bunch of different factors we make a decision. So we don't always.Those are not always requests that makes sense for us to honor. But in certain cases we will honor them in that country. WouldGoogle ever leave Russia like it left China. I think we really want to make sure that we're working and serving audiences asmuch as we possibly can. And if it comes to a point where there's an issue with the government you know we'll do our bestalways to work that out. If it turns out we can't you know. But I'm I'm hopeful that we'll continue to always work out what wecan't. We've seen Mark Zuckerberg we've seen Jack Dorsey now testify before Congress multiple times. And I've heard it saidthat YouTube is getting a pass. Do you think you should be up there testifying. Well I think we do get a lot of scrutiny. Ifeel like there's a lot of scrutiny. And because YouTube is part of Google. Senator has testified a number of different times andanswered many different questions on YouTube. So I do believe there is a certain amount of scrutiny. And you know if if I wereever asked to testify I certainly would go and testify as well. How often are you meeting with lawmakers or have you met withlawmakers personally. I mean we meet with lawmakers very regularly across the globe.There is a lot of regulation in all countries of the world around technology. And we want to make sure that they hear ourpoint of views where we. I mean we understand this is an important area that deserves a lot of scrutiny.But we want to make sure that we are having conversations about what's the best way to make that happen. I mean what I do worryabout are unintended consequences. So there may be regulation that is well intended but actually then has a really negativeimpact on our ability to innovate our ability to create jobs and and valuable services and content. And that's what I worryabout. So what would you propose. I mean Mark Zuckerberg says he welcomes regulation. I mean is that your position or is itsomething else. Well I recognize that there will be regulation because of the size and the significance.But we've also seen that in a number of different cases there's laws that are that are proposed and they actually would be havea lot of unintended consequences. So in those cases we've worked really hard to communicate with government what those unintendedconsequences are to try to make sure that we preserve the good part but remove what is potentially problematic.
