00:00Just give us a bit more color on this agreement and also how effectively you are able to produce what kind of pricing structures are we looking at. Thank you for the question. It's good to be here. This agreement is really long time in the making. It started with us doing one of the largest clinical trials in the world since last year in July. As you know the trial is actually still ongoing at this point. But the relationship between U.S. and China as well as relations between 242 my company and Sino Farm to China have grown during this challenging period. We see many opportunities to work together to broaden our scope beyond just the trial. And for example in this case we have entered into the manufacturing agreements. We believe the world will need a lot more vaccine. But not just that they wouldn't be prepared for human stations as well. This is why we've got to think globally but all have to act locally. In this case our agreement will include both manufacturing also R and D. We're tracking the mutation in a region closely and informing our partners around the globe how to counter it. So I think this agreement ultimately will result in a relief on the global demand flexing but also looking forward to proactively deal with mutation problems. Bang. Good morning. It's madness alongside Yousef. How will you select the other countries that the vaccines you produce here will go to in the first instance will you a government join you in making that decision. Or will it be you. How will you drive this decision and allocation. I think more than we select other markets there'll be other markets selecting us. We need to prove to the world the vaccine is safe effective affordable. I don't believe there's huge demand in the region right now. We're talking to over 20 countries in the region alone who are very interesting accessing this vaccine. Then beyond this region we are talking to friends in Central Asia Eastern Europe Southeast Asia Africa and even not to America. So there is no shortage I think of interest. And we will definitely working coordination closely with you e-government to ensure no one domestic demand is met and then working with our partners want to go to reach the global market. I'm still trying to get my head around the prices and I know you kind of dodge the question first time go on so I'm going to try and get a bit more feedback from you. How low can you price it at. And what kind of margins can you still pull off. This is still a very early stage of the joint venture as you know we are ensured that the vaccine is free to the UAE population here domestically. We are looking at scaling out our production volume significantly over this year. He was all a target of 200 million. I think as we approach this scale economy and we will be able to offer more and more affordable prices to the world. So paying the other big discussion point is at the moment it's a two shot vaccine on sign of farm. Lots of discussion around the need for a third shot. Will those people who have taken two shots of sign a farm need a third. What data can you tell us. And where are you with assessing that. Yeah that's good question. I think for the precise answer we need our scientists and medical professionals to answer the details. But from my perspective first off all of this vaccine has already proven to be incredibly safe. Probably have one of the best safety profiles in the world. And millions have taken this vaccine around the world and two shots are perfectly effective and safe. However there is a small group we haven't noticed who do not respond as strongly on two shots. So there is tests going on to verify if a third shot can help them or not. In addition we are also testing the third shot can help to protect against the new mutations we see around us. I'm sure our science team will publish data sets on this very soon with our partners semaphore. Well how concerned are you about vaccine nationalism because as the world looks to reopen. The reality is that some countries accept certain vaccines and others accept the well some of their competitors. Right. To what extent is there a need for everybody to coalesce around one system instead of me having they got four or five vaccines to go to every part of the world. Yeah I am naturally very concerned about DAX and nationalism and this is the reason why you see the leading role UAE is playing today in the region and even around the world. The very fact that we are forming this joint venture with the largest pharma company in Asia could manufacture right here for the region and for the rest of the world. I think is indication that we are going in a direction to make this a global goods. This is a issue I think more and more countries will face. We are hearing from our partners from Serbia to Indonesia all asking to join this network and begin to be more and more self-sufficient. So we're working on this problem with our partners. Peng before we before we let you go you said it's the safest vaccine in the world. Give me a number. What is the efficacy that you can tell the world this morning on Sign Farm. Yeah I think we'll measure a vaccine. You've got have multiple factors. It's almost like a spider chart right. You have safety profile efficacy duration of efficacy cost and logistics so and so forth. I think by practical measures the fact that over 100 million doses of this vaccine have been deployed globally. We're going to see with our own eyes just how safe it is.

UAE's G42, Sinopharm Seal Production Deal for Millions of Doses
