00:00And CEO has put all of our engineering hats on and the way that we can help hotel rooms be safer is by adding more technology. We're not the people who can develop vaccines but we can make guests have a safe experience in that hotel room. We have always had a futuristic mindset when it comes to developing new technologies for the people places where our products are located. And this is a time where all of that future thinking and all the investment that I chose to make at and CEO on technologies really bore incredible fruit not only for us but for our customers. Some technologies that we have spent the last 20 years working on and some of those are the ability to use your phone as a remote control. When you walk in that room and that phone really becomes your passport to safety in that room and you can use your phone and the app that we created connect to allow the guests to connect to their phone to their thermostats to the lights to the television. So they get to really hold something that is safe and comfortable for them and control their entire environment. We were very fortunate to receive a BPP one that allowed us to continue forward. We reacted very quickly when this pandemic struck and unfortunately made some really dramatic cuts to the team. And over 60 percent of the team was either furloughed or laid off. By having that one come in. It allowed us to bring everyone back to work. All of the team members that had salaries under a hundred thousand dollars to bring their salaries back to their full levels so that they could protect and support their families. So we let everyone work from home. We also we were moving into a brand new office so we reconfigured that new office space so that people who needed to come into the office because they needed better network connections or they needed a quiet place to work. We allowed them to come into the work to the office and have some some quiet spaces. We also created family zones inside the new office so that if a parent needed to bring their child to work into the office that they had a safe environment for them to be able to be there with their children managing their children maybe during remote school. Right. And still be able to get their job done. Find your passion authentically. Go after your passion. But don't forget compassion while you're on that track because we need to be compassionate with ourselves and with the people around us as we are going after these goals that we have. And my youngest child identifies now with the pronoun they them. And I want to support them in every way that I can. But I have really needed them to be compassionate with me because as a 50 year old Latina I don't get it right all the time. And so they have been very compassionate to support me as I support them as I get my percentage of right pronouns better and better as the days go by.
