00:00Change is a process. It is not an event. The only constant thing in life is change change seems to be continue to change . And you know if you accept the fact that a change is a EV phenomenon that affects your life you better get at the front of it as a force to be ise. I try to be always at the frontline and I try to be ahead of the curve. I was running my life Hungarian allies. This is like 15 years ago. And as a matter of fact I was fired from my truck because there was a political change for the new government had a different view of life and I was just not fitting for that. That the picture. And at that time it was actually a state secretary who broke the news to me and I nearly killed a guy sort of say because I was so disappointed and he said that I for the I think I'm doing the best thing for you all because I said Are you going to be free to think about your options. And I think in hindsight he was he was right and that whole be sad that came on the table and this is why I'm around and this is why is that is why I was very upbeat about the opportunity of creating a new airline and bringing low cost and low fares through the air central new seat of our population. But as a matter of fact I nearly bankrupted the business a year later and we just barely made it through that debt crisis situation. So that was certainly something which I didn't plan on but I learned a lot from it and I think that made me stronger. I think the industry will become much more force humour focused you know if you look down on industry it used to be very privilege driven very high force then earlier earlier certain only certain people were able to afford it . This has become a commodity. A former taxi industry and a consumer is is gaining a lot of strength. So we need to engage with the consumer. We need to apply technology and whoever owns the customer experience square but always the consumer to be able to stop serving in the industry . We grow and age. We create a lot of barriers for ourselves. I think I just want to let the stop get out of me. I full of interview shows and and you know many many people have gone through it and into shows and and they just want to fit into into whatever books they create for themselves. I just don't want to think of boxes and I think everyone creates his or her own boxes and my inspiration always has been you know to grow that box and and and just make myself out of it .
