Trump Threatens Shutdown Over Border Wall Funding

At a rally in Phoenix, President Trump threatened to shut down the U.S. government over the Mexico border wall. Trump has asked for $1.6B to begin construction of the wall as Congress is under pressure to pass a spending bill that will keep the government open after Sept. 30th.
