00:00Senator regulators are testifying for Senate Banking Committee about regulations why is this important and is there a need for Dodd. Are we going to see Dodd-Frank reform this year. I'm hoping so. But the president through the regulators can ship around it. And Dodd-Frank and probably give some relief on their own as far as regulatory relief. That's what I push for four years and we'll continue to because if you overregulate the banking industry and so forth if the first volley chokes off the economy so it chokes off people that would have loans it would create jobs. But we all know we need capital and we need good regulators. We don't need overregulation. Senator you just lost a meeting with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell about the details of the health care overhaul bill. Are you concerned that this has moved too quickly and is it. Do you have enough Republicans up enough votes for it to pass. Well I'm concerned it didn't move back in February. That is straight out repeal but we didn't have the votes for that. But I would certainly vote for repeal and I'm going to support this bill. I want to see all the details which were digestion yes. You know you can't just look at it in two minutes or 10 minutes and see where it is. But I'm hoping that we can put together between now next week and then ultimately with a conference with the house a good deal a lot better and what we have but is it going too fast. I mean Democrats know I think it's going to slow .
