China's Old Economy Bounces Back

China's old economy appears to be bouncing back after an index named for the premier rose to a three year high. The Bloomberg Intelligence Li Keqiang Index is a gauge of real cargo volumes, electricity use and bank loans which are combined in a weighted average and are seen as proxies for growth.
