Donald Trump Proposes ‘New Deal’ for Black America

On Wednesday, Donald Trump pledged what he called a “new deal for black America” during a speech in Charlotte, North Carolina. The GOP nominee spelled out a plan to provide safer communities, improved education and better jobs for African-Americans. He said that “illegal immigration violates the civil rights of African-Americans.”
