Stocks and bonds rallied in Asia and Europe, advancing with commodities after central banks including the Federal Reserve indicated monetary policies will remain accommodative. The Stoxx Europe 600 Index rose to its highest in almost two weeks, while gauges tracking Asian shares and raw-materials prices climbed for a sixth day. The dollar weakened versus most of its peers after the Fed on Wednesday left interest rates unchanged and scaled back its projections for hikes in 2017 and beyond.
