Will the New iPhone Sweeten Apple's Growth?
Apple Inc. aims to offset declining iPhone sales with the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus with new features and a largely unchanged design. The iPhone, which accounted for 64% of Apple's trailing 12-month sales and about 100% of its growth, also drives much of its software and services revenue. The iPhone 7 has the potential to drive sales through upgrades due to a faster processor, more memory, a new camera and significant enhancements to iOS10, the iPhone's operating system.
