Hong Kong Seeks a Tighter Grip on IPOs

The Hong Kong regulator is moving to tighten its grip on the approval process for initial public offerings. The Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Exchange say they're working together on a new regime, but some say the proposal will shift more power towards the regulator.
