Nusseibeh: U.S. Will be Back to Normalization This Year

The dollar weakened on speculation the Federal Reserve will be slow to raise interest rates amid uneven global growth, boosting gold and bonds. Gauges of emerging-market stocks and currencies climbed to their highest levels since July 2015. Pacific Investment Management Co.’s Total Return Fund increased its stake in U.S. government debt to a 25-month high in July as rally in Treasuries pushed yields to an all-time low and then fizzled.
