Is U.K. Property Now More Attractive Overseas?

Investors are looking at U.K. property price declines in search of bargains, Guy Grainger, CEO of EMEA for broker Jones Lang LaSalle, said in Bloomberg TV interview Monday. “There is still a lot of demand out there, not least from private equity,” because of transparency in the commercial property market. The weak pound could spark interest from Asia, U.S. in London homes, compensating for recent tax increases on luxury properties he added. Grainger joined JP Morgan Asset Management Chief Market Strategist for UK & Europe Stephanie Flanders and Bloomberg's Francine Lacqua on "The Pulse."
