President Barack Obama will confront global challenges his administration at his final NATO summit beginning on Friday, including a fraying European Union, a resurgent Russia, and an intractable conflict in Afghanistan. British Prime Minister David Cameron in his first post-Brexit summit is said to pledge thousands of troops, whilst arguing that Britain is still relevant to its continental allies even as it prepares to extricate itself from its 43-year membership in the European Union.
